That Dr. Seow area damn dirty. During my prowling at that area, i always hear noise or whistling sound. But i always ask permission and tell the ‘thing’ that i was on duty and not there to disturb the ‘thing’. So i guess the ‘thing’ leave me alone after asking permission. Now Police Academy/TRACOM is just a sweet memory..
