His Eyes are painted so that he can see where he is going. Before he was roaming blind in the camp 😉 The statue is the gaurdian of the camp. What you should be worry about is the football field he is facing. There use to be a stair coming down from the field facing him. It’s Hells guard. That poor statue been fighting back all the evil for years. Until they took away the stairs.
