what i know was, from people around there, story of hillview mansion a.k.a blue rooftop, back in the yr 1980s, a rich chinese businessman lives there. Staying there was with his wife, 7yrs old son, 5yrs old daughter, and a maid. The husband went outstation for a while, but when he came home, gotten to know family was robbed and killed in the fire, he committed sucide in the living room. Agents tried to sell the land but no avail. Yes, the house is cheap and area was very big. Abandon since then.But now the place is a coffeeshop. Just went to check out not long ago.
