I had a friend, they used to stay along east coast road, around 1983, it was like a small village with some muslin houses and some muslim tombs. 1 particular day, her father bought some char siew rice home and decided to take a short cut, which need to walk past these tombs. Suddenly, he was unable to walk – his legs like stucked tightly to the ground. Luckily he rembered that he was carrying pork and there were muslim tomb near by. He quickly said that he forgot about the pork and was sorry. Next moment he was able to walk – this time he walked back; did not take the short-cut.
