Hi, I ORD-ed from Gedong some 2 years ago and I heard a similar story from my Encik. However, he said that the girl killed herself outside of our camp (currently) which used to be the back entrance of the camp because the guy that knocked her up refused to come out to see her after getting her pregnant. It’s the Armour Black Day on that day alright but as of late, trainings aren’t canceled, commanders are instead required to go for a Safety Briefing. It’s the black day because for a few consecutive years, Tanks overturned at that area resulting in the deaths of the Tank commanders (usually severed into half from the waist) on the Armour Black Day.
