I was in JRC in 2000 & POC in 2002 , saw nothing leh .My junior batchs told me they saw a ” Chio Bu ” @ Justice Block third floor back facing the cctv to the gate leading to the staris( gals dorm ) . The duty watch in Ops room can see the Sweetie standing there for awhile , comms the prowler to check it out. When the prowler reached there , they saw nothing , but the Ops rm personal keeping telling them , it was infront of them cant see meh . Prowler went numb rushed back to Ops rm saw it themselves on cctv . Idk real bo .
