i experienced the “sleep paralysis” thingy twice (in e same year if i wasnt wrong). once in my parents’ bedroom and another on my bed. (both happened during the evening)
i knew something was going wrong as i couldnt move my body and only my sense of hearing was available. i felt as though i was crucified and pinned down.
