i been in tekong since 2001 Jan to 2005 june (Regular) i did heard of people threaten to jump down at the company beside HQ Infantry, i also know of certain toilets that is lock shut. but most of all, beware of Eastern Pier where the FIBUA Area is. Things lurked in dark and quiet corners. Wahaha~~
