I used to go to Pulau Ubin during my school days. Everytime i went there, there something bounce to happen for e.g….

One of the nights in p.u a group of us decided to do topo-walk 2 person each time every 10 mins. The walk start at kampung nordin and ends at kampung bahru near the npcc camp sight. Me and my friend, din were the last one to go. We decided to detour from the original route, taking shortcut by walking through jungle. We had done this a couple of times before without any difficulties but not this one. The path we normally took was actually very close to an open space, so if we just follow it to the end it will actually lead us to the npcc camp sight in less then 5 mins.

Before we actually took the path we had mix feelings and we actually saw a very tall figure, i really talking about a figure that is the height of the coconut tree walked across our path. But for adventure sake we still carry on our mission. After 5 mins of walking we still haven’t reach but instead we realize that we have been drag further into the jungle and the path became narrower with lots of dead branches making us difficult to walk.

Suddenly we heared aloud noise, it came crashing dowm from one of trees which is infront of us. It gave a loud thud when it hit the ground. Me and my friend, din were freeze for a second and then we saw a black figure coming out from the ground like david copperfield in one of his magic show. We immediately took off from the site back to where we came from.

When we were out from the path, we look back and with the help of the moonlight, there on the bare patch. The figure we saw earlier was becoming taller and taller. We ran all the way back to npcc campsite, and meet the rest and another shock hit us. We were told that they saw us walked past them near the waiting area but we ignore them when they try to call us as we dissapered into the jungle again. They were worried sick as they have been waiting for us for almost four hours which we felt like we have gone about half an hour only.
