Not forgetting, I was really feared with the 1st incident that I have had with my family while holiday in Malacca. I did’nt even intend to spend our holiday there again. But it happened one more time.
It was in June this year, I went for a week holiday with my husband & our 2 sons. We had a wonderful time in Rompin at a place called Lanjut Resort. Everythings were fined & we loved the place so much. We spent almost 3 nights there & we planned to go to Kuala Lumpur before we make our way back home. However, due to the distance between Rompin and Kuala Lumpur, we decided to stay in Malacca which will be more convenience for us to drive back to Singapore. I was the one who made the booking at Shah’s Challet Resort.
We drove all the way from Rompin to Malacca and you know what ?? We were given a room which is just by the side of an old tree that looks very scary. When we were taking our belongings from the car, my younger boy came to me and said, “Mama, how come that tree got so many nails on it ?? ” I was shocked to see it too and I knew something was not right.
My husband & I were not comfortable at all so we intend to move to another hotel. Unfortunately, there were no rooms vacant and that was already about 6.30 pm. That night I was very tired and went to bed earlier than everyone else. Suddenly I woke up when everybody were sleeping. That was about 11.30pm and do you know what?? I saw someone in white cloth went into the bathroom. I was very sure that was not my husband who already fell asleep with the 2 boys. I tried not to wake him up but, I was too frightened by that white figure and before I could reached my husband, I felt that my hair being pulled very strongly from the back. I tried shouting for help but no voice came out and the only thing I could do was to read all the “ayat2” from the Quran. It tooks about awhile before I was released and I called for my husband. He was shocked to see my condition. That was already about 2.30 in the morning but we had to sleep with the lights on.
At about 6.00 am when I woke up, I realised that my pair of sleepers were missing. I asked my husband whether he used it, but he said no. Then I found those pairs were placed nicely at one of the corner far away from my bed. I woke my 2 boys up and we packed out and left to the next hotel.
That was my 2nd experienced in Malacca and I hope it will never ever happens again.
